Such actions include:1. Discrediting the name and the trust to the competitors including the goods and services they offer by claiming or distributing false information about the latter and by distorting factual data. 2. Attributing non-existing features of the goods and services by means of advertisements or other ways. Attributing non-existing faults of the goods and services of the competitors. 3. Causing confusion by hiding significant faults and dangerous properties of the goods and services on offer. 4. Immitations in offering or advertising goods and services which have the looks, wrapping, trade marks, brand names or other symbols which could cause confusion in terms of the origin, the manufacturer, the seller, the way and place of manufacturing, the source and way of receiving and using, the quantity and quality, the nature, the consumers features and other important characteristics of the certain good or service. 5.The unfair attraction of clients by conducting unfair competition, directed to attracting clients as a result of which signed contracts are terminated or violated. 6. Prohibition of disseminating manufacturing and trading secrets by knowing, using and distributing manufacturing or trading secret in contradiction to the conscientious trade practice.
